Please allow 4-7 days to process all orders. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped for domestic orders and an additional 10-15 days for international orders.

Lost Items
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please open an investigation with the carrier and contact us at info@legaz.cafe within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Shipping Rates
Worldwide shipping is not currently available. All international and domestic shipment pricing is based upon weight. International shipments, once supported, may be subject to duties and taxes. International customers, once supported, from select countries have the option to prepay duties and taxes at checkout. If you do not choose to prepay these duties and taxes or you do not have the option at checkout, you will likely be subject to pay upon importing into your country which is out of control.
Exchanges & Cancellations
